This compact, versatile gas barbecue weighs less than 4 kg and comes with at least four different cooking surfaces; a burner with potstand, a BBQ grid, a grill plate and a lid/dome (the lid/dome can also be used as a pot). The BBQ grid is provided with CADAC GreenGrill coating; a ceramic coating for healthier and cleaner cooking. Thanks to the integrated heat spreader under the BBQ grid, the heat is well distributed over the entire cooking surface. The removable fat pan catches cooking residues, but at the same time protects the Safari Chef's burner from wind to prevent the burner from blowing out. You can easily clean all the surfaces with soapy water.
